申请删除 HomeSpark 账号
本页不需要登录。你可以在 App 内立即删除账号，也可以从注册邮箱发信申请。两种方式都会立即停用账号，并在 30 天后永久删除关联数据。
This page does not require a sign-in. Delete the account in the app, or email us from the registered address. Either way, the account is disabled immediately and associated data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
在 App 内删除 / Delete in the app
- 打开 KitchQ HomeSpark，使用要删除的账号登录。
- 进入 设置 → 隐私选项（Settings → Privacy choices）。
- 选择删除账号，重新验证密码后确认。
Open KitchQ HomeSpark and sign in with the account you want to delete. Go to Settings → Privacy choices, choose account deletion, confirm your password, and confirm the request.
无法登录时 / If you cannot sign in
用该账号的注册邮箱发送邮件至 develop@ikoffy.com，主题写 HomeSpark account deletion，正文写明要删除的邮箱。我们会核对发件地址与账号邮箱一致后，按同样规则安排删除。通常在 2 个工作日内确认。
Email develop@ikoffy.com from the account’s registered address. Use the subject HomeSpark account deletion and include the account email in the message. We schedule deletion after the sending address matches the account. We normally confirm within two business days.
账号立即停用，全部登录会话失效。家庭资料、作品、项目和打印记录会在 30 天后永久删除。这 30 天内如果是误操作，用同一邮箱联系我们即可撤销。
The account is disabled immediately and every session is revoked. Household profiles, artwork, projects, and print records are permanently deleted after 30 days. Contact us from the same email during that period if the request was a mistake.
