本政策说明 aiplus innovation inc.（“我们”）如何在 KitchQ HomeSpark 移动应用及相关服务中处理个人信息。应用包名为 com.ikoffy.homespark。本政策可在不登录的情况下公开阅读。

This policy explains how aiplus innovation inc. (“we”) handles personal information in the KitchQ HomeSpark mobile app and related services. The app bundle identifier is com.ikoffy.homespark. This page is public and does not require an account.

我们收集的数据 / Data we collect

为提供家庭食物打印项目、作品整理和打印机连接，我们会在你主动使用相应功能时处理这些数据：

账号：姓名、邮箱、密码的单向散列、登录会话、你选择的 Apple 或 Google 登录标识，以及应用版本和平台（iOS 或 Android）。
家庭：家庭名称、你邀请的成年成员，以及由成人填写的成员资料，例如显示名、关系、生日和喜好。
作品与项目：你拍摄、从相册选择或上传的儿童画作和照片，以及据此生成的清理图、创意、项目和打印任务。
日历：仅在你连接日历并选择日期时，读取用于安排家庭项目的日程。不连接则不读取。
打印机：你配对的 EdiBot 打印机名称、固件版本和连接诊断。与打印机的蓝牙通信发生在你的设备本地。
通知：你保存的提醒偏好；在开启远程通知时，还包括推送令牌。
反馈：你提交的帮助内容，以及你主动附上的图片或诊断信息。

To provide family food-printing projects, artwork organization, and printer connection, we process the following when you use the related feature:

Account: name, email address, a one-way password hash, sign-in sessions, the Apple or Google identifier you choose to use, plus app version and platform (iOS or Android).
Household: household name, adult members you invite, and member profiles an adult enters, such as a display name, relationship, birthday, and likes.
Artwork and projects: drawings and photos you capture, choose from your library, or upload, and the cleaned images, ideas, projects, and print jobs created from them.
Calendar: events you choose after you connect a calendar, so an adult can attach family dates to Projects. We do not read a calendar you have not connected.
Printer: the paired EdiBot name, firmware version, and connection diagnostics. Bluetooth communication with the printer stays on your device.
Notifications: the reminder preferences you save and, if remote notifications are enabled, a push token.
Feedback: messages you send to support and any image or diagnostic attachment you choose to include.

我们不出售个人信息，不进行跨 App 广告追踪，不收集广告标识符用于投放广告，也不要求定位权限。V1 没有应用内购买。

We do not sell personal information, do not track you across other companies’ apps for advertising, do not collect an advertising identifier for ads, and do not request location permission. Version 1 has no in-app purchases.

儿童信息 / Children’s information

KitchQ HomeSpark 面向成年人。儿童不能创建或拥有账号。只有成年家庭管理者可以添加成员资料、上传作品并控制这些内容。我们不会故意直接向 13 岁以下儿童收集账号信息。如果你认为有儿童在未经成人安排的情况下向我们提供了信息，请联系 develop@ikoffy.com，我们会删除。

KitchQ HomeSpark is directed to adults. Children cannot create or own an account. Only an adult household owner can add member profiles, upload artwork, and control that information. We do not knowingly collect account information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us outside an adult-managed household, contact develop@ikoffy.com and we will delete it.

用途 / How data is used

数据用于创建和保护账号、管理家庭与成员资料、整理和打印作品、生成项目建议、连接打印机、发送你开启的提醒、提供积分与官方内容，以及处理你提交的反馈。我们不把这些数据用于跨产品广告。

We use data to create and secure your account, manage the household and member profiles, organize and print artwork, generate project suggestions, connect a printer, deliver reminders you turn on, provide points and official content, and respond to feedback you submit. We do not use this data for cross-product advertising.

AI 与服务提供方 / AI and service providers

当你主动要求清理画作、生成创意或规划项目时，相关图片、文字和必要的项目上下文会发送给 OpenRouter（openrouter.ai）及其为该次请求选用的模型提供方，仅用于完成该次请求。我们不出售这些内容。基础设施、邮件、Apple 登录、Google 登录和推送服务只在对应功能所需范围内处理数据。

When you ask HomeSpark to clean a drawing, suggest an idea, or plan a project, the related image, text, and necessary project context are sent to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) and the model provider selected for that request, only to fulfill it. We do not sell that content. Infrastructure, email, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and push providers process data only as needed for their function.

权限 / Device permissions

相机和照片：仅在你拍摄或选择画作，或保存清理后的图片时使用。
蓝牙：用于发现并连接你的 EdiBot 打印机。
日历：用于在你选择后读取家庭或学校日程。
通知：用于你开启的节日、日常和墨水不足提醒。

Camera and Photos are used only when you capture or choose a drawing, or save a cleaned image. Bluetooth is used to find and connect your EdiBot printer. Calendars are read only after you choose to connect them. Notifications are used for occasion, routine, and low-ink reminders you enable. You can turn these off in the system settings.

保留与删除 / Retention and deletion

账号、家庭资料、作品和项目会保留到你删除它们或删除账号。在应用内删除的作品可在 30 天内恢复，之后从服务中移除。你可在应用内导出数据。

删除账号的路径：打开 设置 → 隐私选项，验证身份后确认删除。也可以使用不需登录的账号删除页面。账号会立即停用并退出全部会话，关联数据在 30 天后删除。等待期内如需撤销误操作，请发邮件联系我们。无法登录时，也可以从注册邮箱写信至 develop@ikoffy.com 申请删除。

Account, household, artwork, and project data remain until you delete them or delete the account. Artwork deleted in the app can be restored for 30 days and is then removed from the service. You can export your data in the app.

To delete an account, open Settings → Privacy choices, confirm your identity, and confirm deletion. You can also use the public account deletion page without signing in. The account is disabled immediately, every session is signed out, and associated data is deleted after 30 days. Contact us during that waiting period if the request was a mistake. If you cannot sign in, email develop@ikoffy.com from the account address and ask for deletion.

你的选择 / Your choices

成年账号持有人可以在设置中更正家庭资料、断开日历、关闭通知、删除作品、导出数据并删除账号。欧盟、英国及其他地区的用户可按其适用法律要求访问、更正、删除或限制处理；我们会在核实身份后处理。

The adult account holder can correct household information, disconnect calendars, turn off notifications, delete artwork, export data, and delete the account in Settings. People in the EEA, the UK, and other regions may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable law provides those rights. We respond after we verify the request.

国际传输 / International processing

数据在美国的服务器上处理。你使用本服务，即了解信息会传输到美国并由上述服务提供方在完成功能所必需的范围内处理。

Data is processed on servers in the United States. By using the service, you understand that information is transferred to the United States and is handled by the providers above only as needed to provide the feature.

安全与变更 / Security and changes

我们使用加密传输、访问控制和会话管理保护账号。没有任何方法可以保证绝对安全。本政策更新时，我们会修改本页日期。若变更会实质影响你的选择，我们会在应用内或通过账号邮箱提示。

We protect accounts with encrypted transport, access controls, and session management. No method of storage is perfectly secure. When this policy changes, we update the date on this page. If a change materially affects your choices, we will say so in the app or by email to the account address.
